Operational Quality Assurance

Operational Quality Assurance (OQA) is a series of planned activities to determine whether the delivery portion of our business conforms to the training, operational standards, SMS and client/contract expectations/requirements.

OQA is the means by which our company will monitor and continually improve the service delivery of our business and thus our customer satisfaction while at the same time ensuring that safety is paramount and cost efficiency is throughout the business area.

DAFS has a full time committed Operational Quality Assurance Manager who has over 50 years in aviation and over 25 years in frontline wildfire operations.
